CREATION:
I would like to
begin by giving some food for thought that will hopefully provide
for a solid foundation in which to build as we study specific
areas in a woman's life where I believe she has the greatest
opportunities to exhibit her "true self" as "A
Godly Woman."
Just think about who made us. How awesome
our God must be! The one that; "In the beginning, God created
the heaven and the earth." How wondrous are they?
And then he made man. Genesis 1: 27 reads; " So
God created man in his own image, in the image of God created
he him; male and female created he them. 28 And
God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply,
and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over
the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over
every living thing that moveth upon the earth." The same
God that had such power to make the world made YOU.
We love our parents because they made us so why shouldn't we
love our God even more; the one that knew us before we knew
ourselves?
After God's own pattern, we too need to have a solid foundation
within ourselves in which to create a (wo)man with certain traits
that take after the character and nature of God. We must always
know that we are deeply rooted so that when the test of time
has passed, no matter what storms have come, there is always
something to work with to regenerate ourselves.
