Proverbs 31: 30 says,
"Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain but a woman
that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised".
As I grow more and more in my relationship with
Christ it is difficult not to take notice of how much the world
has consumed us.... as women. The world defines womanhood by
one set of standards that I believe is in direct contradiction
to the standards that God has established for us in His word.
God made us (wo)man. Our design is NO accident.
I believe it is time that we stand up as the WOMAN that GOD
called us to be and NOT just the woman WE want to be.
AGodlyWoman.com is designed as a tool to connect
us to the word of God as it relates to different areas of our
lives as women. I am believing by faith that our minds will
be transformed in such a way that our lifestyles will start
to align more with the standards that He has established for
us.
As this site grows I am confident that I will
be doing the same. I would like to invite every woman that visits
to grow with me as sisters in the Lord that we all might go
out and be a witness to the grace and mercy of our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ.
