ORDER:
1 Corinthians 14:40
reads, "Let all things be done decently and
in order." What exactly does this look like? How
do you know if you are in order and doing things in order?
My husband expressed to me in very simple terms
that order can only be displayed through relationships that
God has ordained. As a woman you will serve in an authoritative
and submissive capacity at all times. From the beginning, God's
word says that we are to have dominion over the earth and subdue
it. So you as a woman first and formost must have authority
over yourself and your immediate surroundings.
You are also to be submitted to an authority,
whether that be to God through the universal church, to your
pastor at the local church or to your husband IF you
are married. These are the three(3) relationships that God ordains.
It is through these relationships that you will (should)
surely be able to recognize your strengths and weaknesses in
the area of order. THERE MUST BE ORDER!
Now you may want to ask yourself, "Am I
in order?" Do I have control over my life? Am I submitted
to God, my pastor and my husband? (if married)
